I think it’s important to look at how far you’ve come, and think about where you’re going, at regular intervals. For me, a new month really makes me stop and think about what I’ve been doing. I saw May as a fresh start, and now for June I have much higher hopes for success.

My Earnings

May began extremely slowly in terms of earnings. I hadn’t been working through the Niche Blogger as much as I should have, and it was showing with days where I would earn nothing at all. Interestingly, though, they increased by the end of the month to give me a 15% increase on my Adsense earnings for April. This might not be a huge amount, but considering that I was under my April earnings about a week ago I’m starting to see that all of my efforts are finally starting to pay off!

Seeing Things More Clearly

Working through the Niche Blogger program is all laid out step by step, which makes it a little easier to get over that information overload that the internet can cause. However, there was still a learning curve – mainly learning that it’s ok to focus on one thing at a time!

I feel like I’ve finally got to that stage where I know the exact steps I need to take to make my websites successful. This means article marketing, backlinks, content and more – and my blogs are now old enough to have gained some Page Rank and organic traffic. Of course I’m not saying I know it all, but I can take my blogs far with what I’ve learnt both from the Niche Blogger, from the lovely people in the forums there, and from my own learning.

This is how I know that June is going to be an excellent month!
