Every day when I wake up I’ve tried to tell myself that it’s going to be a productive day. Because the truth is that I’ve struggled so hard to get back into work since my short break. Thankfully it seems to be working.
I can proudly say that since Wednesday (because Monday and Tuesday were so unproductive) I have:
- Written 42 blog posts for my niche blogs,
- Written 1 article each for five sites that didn’t have any articles written for yet and submitted to EZA,
- Manually spun each of those articles twice each to submit through Unique Article Wizard,
- Planned which keywords to use for the rest of the blog posts that I initially want to get up on these sites.
I’m really pleased I did all that considering how difficult I was finding work! I have been doing client work, too, though it’s been a lot quieter this week, which I was trying to take advantage of by working on my own blogs.
As you might imagine, I’m getting pretty tired of writing all this content for my blogs! But I’m trying until I can be sure they’ve all got enough content there to stay on Google’s good side. Then I’ll probably market one by one. I’m still not sure of my marketing strategy, though.
Anyway, since it’s Friday and things have been tough for me this week, I wanted to share a video that always makes me feel positive about life (just listen to the lyrics). It’s Paolo Nutini – I’m not sure how famous he is outside of the UK but he’s a Scottish singer and he’s an amazing musician and songwriter (in my opinion). This song is a little different from his other work, but it’s great for getting you in a good mood! Enjoy!

That’s actually a lot of work! I feel tired just reading about it.
Do you get results with those article directories where you submit spun stuff? I hear conflicting results about whether they “stick” and confine myself to Ezine.

Dennis – It was three days but yeah I’m pretty happy. That’s literally all I did all day though, hence getting fed up at writing now lol
I simply cannot bring myself to spin my articles. I am sure others are spinning and using my content already but it simply makes my skin crawl just thinking about how spammy the internet is going to be in 5 years!

Mad – Do you mean that you don’t agree with it when people spin it and it comes out as meaningless junk, or just the whole idea of submitting your articles to multiple locations? I write out all the versions of my articles manually so they make complete sense, they aren’t those horrible ones you tend to see everywhere that are done with software. If all I did was put it into software and submit it I wouldn’t count that as an achievement

One question…do you use any speaking software or do you hand type everything? I only need to type 1000 words and my shoulders are burning.
I’m considering buying the Dragon software to lessen the load.

Michelle – Thanks! I don’t use speaking software. I have tried and found it slow, but I wasn’t exactly patient when it came to training it up properly. I definitely think you should use it if you’re getting pain though. I get pain sometimes but generally not bad.
