I have to admit that I’m struggling today. My internet career is turning into a battle between freelance web writing vs. Niche Blogging. Either one or the other comes out tops in any one day, and I find it hard to get everything done that I need to.
At times like this I think it would help to simply step away from the computer. But who has time for that, eh?
When it comes to freelance web writing, I just need to tell myself that I am SO lucky to be making money in this way. If not, I’d be stuck in a job somewhere else, simply trying to fit in my niche blogging when I’m at home. At least this way I have a flexible schedule.
Though it is making me a little mad! So apologies for the lack of an original or inspiring post today
What do you do to stop yourself from going mad in these situations?

Haha, handling multiple projects can be a hassle. Never bite off more than you can chew! Taking time to try and decide when to work on things is important. Prioritize!

Well, I have heard this from others who write. You just have to figure that you write content to pay the bills while building your sites in the background. As your sites become more profitable you can back off the writing for others.
But I hear you, that must be frustrating b/c I know how exciting it is to work on your own sites and dream about the possibilities.

I have wound back the freelance writing – a lot – it was clutch – almost like a real job, and easier to explain when people ask what you do for a living. I am now focussing almost entirely on developing niche sites

Freelance writing can be a lot of fun, or a major hassle. I enjoy doing it, especially for financial reasons but I do dream of the day when my blogging takes a higher precedent.
To stop the madness I focus on organizing how much work I can really handle.
